Like many of the projects we work on this workshop floor had been painted in house a number of times .

All of this existing paint must be removed before we can apply new
material.

This photo shows a Blastrac Grinder being used on  this area which was decent concrete

The area around the service pits was old uneven concrete and a vonarx was used to scabble of the paint. 

 This photo shows a contec single head grinder being used to smooth out the concrete after the paint was removed by the vonarx


















Once all the old paint had been removed the floor was vacuumed to remove any remaining dust and debris
